Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the HVAC service team in daily operations and maintenance activities.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls, ensuring timely and efficient completion of work orders.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues for commercial systems, providing expert solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, sharing expertise and promoting best practices in HVAC service.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols during all service operations.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities for reporting and analysis.

- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and codes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
