Purpose of Role: The Production Team Member in our Shotblast department handles crane operations to transfer parts from the machine onto skips for oven loading. They ensure correct part placement and orientation following processes and instructions. Additionally, they identify, remove, and quarantine parts needing weld repair. The role may also involve other tasks within or beyond the department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Will be trained and certified in Lock Out/ Tag Out procedures
- Responsible for inspecting the cranes
- Responsible for quality inspection on parts being processed
- Ability to prioritize tasks, be organized with good time management
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture
- Working Environment – Occasionally outdoors, walking, bending or manually moving parts 90% of the day
- High school diploma/GED
- Prior experience working with cranes preferred
- Good reading, writing, mathematical, computer, and verbal skills
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
