Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining production equipment to support consistent and safe operations.
- Troubleshooting and repairing breakdowns to minimize downtime and restore functionality.
- Executing preventative and predictive maintenance to proactively address potential issues and extend equipment lifespan.
- Installing and modifying equipment to meet evolving production needs and improve system capabilities.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using meters and schematics.
- Knowledge of pipe fitting for pneumatics, hydraulics, and coolant systems.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and equipment instructions.
- Understanding of OSHA Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Highschool/ GED
- Minimum of 1–3 years in industrial maintenance, repair, or installation of equipment.
- Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Experience using machine shop tools (e.g., lathe, mill, saw) and performing weld and fabrication tasks.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
