Esco Global Strategies is an institutional advisory firm specializing in cross-border market entry, trade compliance structuring, and international manufacturing strategy. We advise foreign manufacturers, investors, and family offices on U.S. market access, free trade agreement structuring, and production deployment across the Americas, the Middle East, and the Caribbean Basin.
As our client pipeline grows, we are looking for a sharp, self-directed associate to support deal execution and client advisory work.
What You Will Work On
Supporting clients through cross-border market entry from initial feasibility through regulatory approval and operational launch. Conducting trade compliance analysis, including free trade agreement applicability, tariff classification, and rules-of-origin review. Researching and evaluating manufacturing and investment opportunities across target jurisdictions. Supporting investor and family-office due diligence on international manufacturing and market-access opportunities. Preparing client-facing materials, including market entry frameworks, cost-benefit analyses, and regulatory roadmaps.
What We Are Looking For
Background in trade compliance, supply chain, international business, investment analysis, or economic development. Familiarity with free trade agreements such as CAFTA-DR, USMCA, or similar frameworks. Strong research and analytical skills. Spanish or Arabic proficiency is a plus. Based in Miami, or remote with willingness to travel. Self-directed, moves fast, and wants proximity to real deal flow from day one.
