From complex earthwork and underground utilities to concrete flatwork and structural concrete, ESCO tackles challenging heavy civil construction projects that require exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and operational excellence.

We're seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations, develop high-performing teams, and ensure successful project delivery. This role is ideal for a proven construction leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and takes pride in building both projects and people.

If you're a motivated leader who values accountability, teamwork, and ownership, ESCO offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact while building a rewarding career.

What You'll Do

As a Project Superintendent, you'll oversee all field operations and provide leadership for the successful execution of heavy civil construction projects from mobilization through completion.

  • Coordinate plans and specifications with owners, engineers, and design professionals to resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage quality control efforts and ensure timely completion of all required inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with ESCO standards, customer requirements, and project specifications.
  • Identify and resolve constructability challenges before they impact project performance.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, train, and develop field personnel, foremen, and emerging leaders.
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, attendance, performance, and workforce development for project teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
  • Address performance concerns and resolve personnel issues professionally and effectively.
  • Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Accurately track labor, equipment, production, and quantities completed.
  • Support change order identification, documentation, and management.
