Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Outdoor Porter role located in Irving, TX. Responsibilities include the upkeep and maintenance of outdoor areas such as walkways, parking lots, and other designated spaces. The Outdoor Porter will ensure cleanliness by removing debris, emptying trash bins, and addressing various maintenance tasks as needed. Additional duties may include assisting with entry area cleanliness and providing excellent support to building staff and customers.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with building staff, tenants, and visitors
- Experience or ability to perform Gatekeeping tasks for managing outdoor spaces effectively
- Willingness to participate in Training and Education opportunities to enhance job knowledge
- Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
- Prior experience in maintenance, janitorial, or custodial work is advantageous
- Physical capability to handle outdoor tasks in various weather conditions
