Are you looking to join in on Americas Largest Escape Game? Do you have a knack for puzzles?
Escapology Centennial is looking to add Creative, Outgoing, Motivated Game Masters/Host to our thriving venue.
Game Masters/ Host are responsible for greeting customers as they come in with a smiling face. As well as,
- Memorize all games/puzzles
- Check in premade bookings or help create new bookings
- Assist in Guests getting waivers signed
- Brief groups on game procedures as well as exit procedures
- Master/help games using the game software
- Debrief games when finished/ fill out game file (photo, finish time, amount of hints)
- Reset game rooms quickly & efficiently
- Communicate Clearly with all staff
- Sell merchandise, drinks, & snacks
- Opening/closing Venue procedures
This position is perfect for someone who has previous customer service experience, has an outgoing personality & is looking for daytime hours during the week, as well as weekend shifts.
Pay is $15 an hour plus tips

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and guest service skills
- Experience in cash handling and financial transactions
- Public speaking abilities and comfort in engaging with diverse audiences
- Basic technology/computer skills
