Essential Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the game room and related attractions
- Ensure that all activities are safe and fun for all ages
- Ensure that customer service is provided to guests in a professional manner
- Monitor the safety of all guests in the game room
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the game room
- Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for long periods of time while performing job-related duties.
- Comfortable staring at screens for extended periods of time to complete administrative and Game Hosting tasks.
- Willingness and ability to enter rooms where lights may flash intermittently as part of the Escape Games.
- Capability to bend down repeatedly to perform tasks such as game resets, inventory and merchandise management.
- Proficiency in handling repetitive movements required for resetting.
- Physical strength to lift objects weighing between 35-50 lbs on occasion, as needed.
- Ability to work in an environment with loud noises and use earpieces for radios without discomfort.
- Ability to commit and fulfill an 8-hour shift.
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
