Escapology is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple locations and drive operational excellence, team development, and business performance across our venues.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing 3–6 locations, developing Venue Supervisors at each location, and ensuring each venue delivers a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and develop Venue Supervisors and their teams
- Drive performance across multiple locations (revenue, labor, and guest experience)
- Ensure consistent execution of operational standards across all venues
- Oversee labor, scheduling, and payroll processes to maintain efficiency and compliance
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve performance
- Ensure all games, props, and facilities are fully operational and guest-ready
- Lead new venue openings, including hiring, training, and operational setup
- Partner with leadership, HR, and marketing to execute company initiatives
- Review performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement

Qualifications
- 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, or retail
- Experience overseeing multiple locations or large teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
Schedule & Requirements
- Ability to travel frequently between assigned locations
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21
