🗝️ What You’ll Do

🎉 Welcome and check in guests with a warm, positive attitude

🧩 Brief players on game rules, safety, and storyline

💡 Use Escapology’s M3 software to provide hints and clues during gameplay

⚡ Keep the atmosphere upbeat, engaging, and fun for guests and teammates

🛍️ Upsell games, beverages, and merchandise to enhance the guest experience
-
🍹 Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

🧼 Maintain a clean, organized environment following daily/weekly/monthly schedules
-
🧯 Ensure guest and staff safety at all times

🧰 Assist with general operational tasks as needed

📚 Stay current on training and follow direction from the Head Game Master or management

Qualifications:-
✅ What We’re Looking For

💬 Strong communication skills and a genuine love for interacting with people

🚗 Reliable transportation to and from work

🤝 Ability to work well within a team environment

🔎 Employment contingent upon successful Background Check and/or CORI Screening

🎂 Minimum age of 18 years old

🕐 Ability to stand for extended periods (6–8 hours) and move between rooms quickly

🍸 TiPS Certification (training provided if not currently certified)

🌙 Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

⭐ Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
