Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and fun individuals with a passion for puzzles and the entertainment industry, combined with unparalleled customer service skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain a lot of experience via a client-facing role and gain first-hand insight into a fast-growing business – escape rooms. You will initially be working closely with the Manager and training will be provided.
We expect applicants to be highly organized, have excellent time management, multi-tasking, and people skills. The position allows for flexible scheduling based on our operation.
Responsibilities
- Sales and customer service
- Engaging and building relationships with customers.
- Provide customers with a well-informed, fun, friendly and high-quality service.
- Give enthusiastic tours of the establishment to customers, explaining the scenarios, helping with hints and providing feedback.
- Quickly and correctly resetting each scenario for the next group
- Assist with photos after the escape room experience
- Ensure all processes from initial inquiry, introduction and through to customer feedback are fulfilled efficiently.
- Ability to work cross-functionally internally and externally to help drive business success
- Participating in marketing activities
Maintenance
- Maintain stock
- Help keep up the cleanliness and appearance of the establishment
- Ensure any maintenance issues are brought to management’s attention for an immediate remedy
- Develop a deep understanding of our company’s products, strategy, and values
Administration
- Maintain and build a customer database
- Suggest and initiate new procedures and systems where necessary and approved
- Provide a high level of communication regarding orders and inquiries to your fellow team members
