Escape Room Novi is now hiring! We are looking for someone to join our team for weekends and select weekdays at the biggest Escape Room in Michigan. Full-time and Part-time opportunities available.
WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED.
18 REQUIRED AGE.
Hours:
Monday-Friday: 2:30pm- Last escape room goes in at 9:45pm
Saturday: 11:30am- Last escape room goes in at 9:45pm
Sunday: 11:30am- Last escape room goes in at 8:15pm
Escape Room Game Master – Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, customer-focused experiences by briefing players on game rules, storylines, and safety procedures
- Monitor live gameplay and provide strategic hints to maintain immersion while ensuring game progression
- Reset and test rooms between sessions, ensuring all puzzles, props, and technical elements are fully functional
- Enforce safety guidelines and respond quickly to technical issues or guest concerns during gameplay
- Maintain a clean, organized environment in both game rooms and front-of-house areas
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive guest experience
- Collaborate with team members to manage scheduling, transitions, and overall daily operations
- Report and document maintenance needs or recurring problems
- Assisted with minor repairs and upkeep of props and equipment
- Process bookings, payments, and waivers
- Promote additional games, merchandise, and return visits
- Manage phones and online inquiries
