Duties
- Facilitate game sessions, challenges, and themed events with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide exceptional guest service by assisting visitors with game instructions, rules, and safety procedures
- Manage event setup and breakdown, including manual handling of equipment and props
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety protocols are followed and resolve conflicts promptly using effective conflict management skills
- Conduct safety checks, including first aid and CPR when necessary, to ensure a secure environment for all guests
- Oversee cash handling and processing transactions through POS (Point of Sale) systems for ticketing or merchandise sales
Requirements
- Experience in events management or working with children in entertainment or educational settings
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
- Valid certifications in first aid and CPR; lifeguard experience is a plus
- Background in retail sales, food service, or theater enhances guest engagement capabilities
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and processing transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and public speaking ability
- Outdoor work experience or familiarity with outdoor activity environments is advantageous
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to hospitality venues or outdoor entertainment spaces
