Laundry Attendant / Laundry Driver (Temporary Driving Duties)
Escape Lodging Company is looking for a dependable, hardworking full-time Laundry Attendant to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for processing hotel linens and helping ensure our properties are stocked with clean, high-quality laundry.
In addition to laundry duties, this role will temporarily assist with operating our company laundry truck approximately two days per week while we support staffing needs. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
What You'll Do
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and towels
- Inspect linens for quality and remove damaged items
- Keep the laundry facility clean, organized, and operating efficiently
- Load and unload laundry carts and supplies
- Temporarily drive the company laundry truck to transport linens between properties (approximately two days per week)
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a professional attitude while representing Escape Lodging
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Previous laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
