Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Programming Coordinator to lead bringing our weekly programming, large scale weekend initiatives, and community focused events to life across our properties, including Scribner’s Catskill Lodge, Prospect Restaurant and Bar, Fellow Mountain Cafe, and The Rounds. This is a Tuesday through Saturday on-site position, with a schedule that may change week to week based on programming needs, event timing, and special initiatives. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and the Director of Creative and works closely with teams across operations, food and beverage, and guest services.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Planning and executing weekly programming across properties, including Meet the Makers, Mini Markets, DJs, and more.
- Supporting the development and execution of larger initiatives including themed weekends, partner activations, and community events (including Pupstater Weekend, Booked In at Scribner’s, Mahjong in the Mountains, Mountaintop Pride, and more).
- Supporting programming and activations for the Social Club and Pool Club, including member events, recurring activities, and seasonal initiatives
- Ideating new experiences that enhance the overall guest experience and strengthen community engagement.
- Developing run of show documents and coordinating logistics including schedules, vendor/partner needs, and on site event setup and breakdown.
- Working cross-functionally with Guest Services, Food and Beverage, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of on-site programming events.
- Managing communication with partners, vendors, and collaborators leading up to and during events.
- Assisting with experience listings across booking platforms, including setting up schedules, updating descriptions and confirmation messaging, and coordinating with partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Supporting the Brand Team with additional projects related to marketing, partnerships, creative, and programming.
- Being present on site during programming events to assist with execution and troubleshooting as needed.
- Various other tasks as needed to support the Brand Team and property programming.
BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED BUT A PLUS):
- Photography and videography for event coverage and social content
- Basic editing skills for short form video and social media assets
- Experience capturing behind the scenes or lifestyle content in hospitality settings

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
