About the Role
Join our team as the face of our escape room experience! Escape rooms are interactive puzzle adventures where teams work together to solve clues, crack codes, and "escape" a themed room within 60 minutes. As a Game Master, you'll guide guests through the adventure, drop hints when they're stuck, and make sure every group has an unforgettable time — whether they escape or not. You'll be part of birthdays, date nights, corporate events, and family celebrations, creating memories that last.
How the Pay Works
We pay you for the games you run, and every tip is yours.
- Starting at $17 per game — and you earn more for larger groups. You're paid per game, so your earnings grow with how many you run.
- 100% of your tips are yours — we never take a cut.
- $15/hour for training and prep — training and other duties
The more games you run, the more you earn — with every tip on top.
How the Schedule Works
This is a flexible role built around your availability:
- Each month, you tell us when you're available.
- We build your schedule from that and share it ahead of time.
- Most shifts are evenings and weekends, when groups love to play.
- We'll go over exactly how day-to-day scheduling works when we talk — it's flexible, and designed to fit around a busy life.

What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and get them pumped for their adventure
- Walk groups through the rules and storyline with energy
- Be their lifeline — hints and encouragement when they're stuck
- Celebrate the win (or soften the loss!) at the buzzer
- Reset the magic between groups so the next team gets the full experience
- Help with bookings and questions from excited future guests
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Loves people and lives to make their day better

- Has a smartphone and reliable transportation
- Is comfortable with basic tech (computer, email, booking systems)
- Can lift 30 lbs and occasionally climb a ladder for room upkeep
- Wants a long-term role (12 months — we invest in training and want you to stick around)
