What are the responsibilities and job description for the Escape Room Game Master position at Escape Entertainment?
This is NOT a temporary or seasonal position. Six months to one year commitment required.
We are hiring for our Spokane Valley location, with the potential to cross train up at our North Division location.
JOB DUTIES include but not limited to:
Escape room "GAME MASTER"!
- Greeting customers
- Taking booking/payment information
- Going through a detailed list of rules/demonstrations before bookings commence
- Acting out a themed skit
- Monitoring customers in the escape rooms
- Quickly/Accurately resetting the escape rooms
- Attention to detail is of high importance
- Cleaning and stocking the facility including; bathrooms, garbages, floors, sanitizing surfaces, windows, etc.
- Multitasking is a must and you must be able to problem solve, think and react on the fly
- Must be able to keep calm and problem solve/troubleshoot in high pressure situations
- Weekend availability to work is mandatory, most hours worked in this position come from working weekend shifts

Pay: $18.25 per hour
