This is a full-time, on-site role located in Troy, MI, for an Event Sales Coordinator. The Event Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing event inquiries, coordinating logistics with clients, booking reservations, and ensuring successful event execution. Responsibilities also include actively building client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and assisting the sales team in achieving revenue goals. The role requires consistent collaboration with internal teams to ensure that events meet guest expectations.

• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
• Experience in Event Planning and Event Management to coordinate and execute successful events.
• Sales expertise with a proven ability to achieve targets and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail in planning and follow-through.
• Proficiency in using event management software and tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Previous experience in a hospitality, events, or entertainment environment is highly desirable.
