Barista - Job Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, specials, and more
• Come in early or on-time for pre-shift preparations as in side jobs
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
• Follow proper training guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints

Soufflé Baker – Job Duties:

• Prepare and bake soufflés according to established recipes and quality standards
• Ensure precise measurements, timing, and baking techniques for consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking station
• Prep ingredients and make sauces in advance to support smooth service flow
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times
• Assist with opening, closing, and end-of-day cleaning duties
• Public Relations Front-of-House Team

PR (public relations) - Job Duties:

• Welcome guests and seat them accordingly
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, assist them with ordering on the hand held device if needed
• Ensure orders are served correctly, promptly, and in line with Escape360 Café’s presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, including tables, counters, and self-service stations.
• Handle minor customer inquiries or concerns professionally and escalate larger issues to a supervisor when necessary.
• Stay informed on current promotions, policies, and menu updates to provide consistent brand-aligned service.

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time (40 hours)

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour including tips

• Morning shift (8:00am - 4:30pm)
• Evening shift (4:00pm - 11:30pm)

Sun

• Morning shift (8:00am - 3:30pm)
• Evening shift (3:00pm - 10:30pm)
