What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Server/Bartender position at Esca Restaurant & Wine Bar?
We are looking for enthusiastic banquet servers with bartending experience to provide an excellent guest experience for our private events. Qualified banquet servers and bartenders will be able to exceed customers’ needs and expectations ensuring the best experience possible.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Stay guest focused to provide excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Setting up and breaking down event space which requires moving & storing tables and chairs
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a banquet server/ bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks, wine, food
- Computer literacy
- Highly motivated and professional
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar and event room organized, stocked and clean
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $6.38 per hour
