Qualifications
- Prior School Treasurer/CFO experience is preferred
- Holds a valid Ohio Treasurer's license and understands Ohio school finance
- An excellent communicator- both verbal and written
- Proven leadership capabilities and high ethical standards
- Demonstrated expertise in the management, compliance, and reporting of federal funds and
state/federal grants - The ability and willingness to articulate the district's financial positions to board members, staff,
and to the public, and to alter presentation details to different audiences - Ability to foster and maintain an atmosphere of respect and trust.
- Maintain great relationships with the partnerships in the community and local governing
officials.
Terms of Employment
The successful candidate will be offered a multi-year contract. The salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
The ESC of Northeast Ohio/Finding Leaders offers comprehensive support in planning, recruiting, and transitioning leadership, assisting in the creation of a leadership transition plan and
guiding the board through candidate selection.
