Assist DMAC Deputy Director and other assigned professional staff with clerical work and administrative and business details. Must maintain confidential and sensitive information. Provide assistance to callers regarding general information and workshops. Assist with clerical needs, including composing and typing routine correspondence, sorting and processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, e-mail, faxes, and preparing workshop and event materials, including handouts, notebooks, book orders, etc. as well as rental vehicles for professional staff. Communicate regularly with assigned professionals to organize and prioritize project tasks and to determine deadlines for completion of tasks. Monitor workshop registrations, prepare materials for workshops, and provide clerical follow-up. Assist with financial and budgeting tasks, such as preparing purchase order requests.
