Qualifications
Requires three years of experience in custodial work.
High school diploma or GED certificate, preferred.
General knowledge of custodial equipment, such as floor strippers and carpet shampooers, is necessary, as well as knowledge of custodial chemicals and their safe use.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
