Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist can quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of paid media campaigns.
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
- Perform daily account management of campaigns via Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms for a variety of clients
- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, manage daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics
- Manage and maintain updates for large keyword lists
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals
- Generate new paid media campaigns, ad groups and accounts from initial launch through optimization phase
- Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates, as required
- Generate weekly/monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives
- Monitor and administer web analytics tools and dashboards, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals
- Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and campaign pacing
- Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals
- Keep pace with industry trends and developments

Professional Skills & Qualifications
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads required
- Google Ads/Analytics certifications required
- Client-facing presentation skills an absolute necessity
- Experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads preferred
- Experience with website analytics tools, such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- High-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- BS/BA degree preferred
