Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement energy efficiency programs tailored for utility clients to promote sustainable energy usage.
  • Analyze energy consumption data and perform technical assessments to identify opportunities for energy savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with utility companies, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with energy policies and standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations to communicate findings, project status, and recommendations effectively.
  • Conduct site visits and energy audits to evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or modifications.
  • Develop and maintain energy models and simulations to forecast energy savings and evaluate project impacts.
  • Provide technical support and training to utility staff and customers on energy conservation techniques and technologies.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the energy efficiency and utility sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy efficiency engineering, preferably within the utility sector.
  • Strong knowledge of energy efficiency technologies, utility operations, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in energy modeling software, data analysis tools, and energy auditing equipment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for site assessments and client meetings as required.
