Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement energy efficiency programs tailored for utility clients to promote sustainable energy usage.
- Analyze energy consumption data and perform technical assessments to identify opportunities for energy savings and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with utility companies, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with energy policies and standards.
- Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations to communicate findings, project status, and recommendations effectively.
- Conduct site visits and energy audits to evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or modifications.
- Develop and maintain energy models and simulations to forecast energy savings and evaluate project impacts.
- Provide technical support and training to utility staff and customers on energy conservation techniques and technologies.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the energy efficiency and utility sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy efficiency engineering, preferably within the utility sector.
- Strong knowledge of energy efficiency technologies, utility operations, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in energy modeling software, data analysis tools, and energy auditing equipment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
