WHAT IS THE JOB?
To be successful as a Host/Hostess on our Electric Shuffle Team, you will be responsible for the following on a daily basis:
- Clear communications skills and ability to build a rapport with our guests
- Be fun, enthusiastic and have lots of energy
- Be able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent service with an attention to detail, even when under pressure
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Be willing to learn
- Bring new and creative ideas to how we do things
- Answer incoming calls to the venue and provide appropriate service
Experience as a Host is important, but attitude and finding the right ‘fit’ comes first for us.
