Solar Appointment Setter (No Experience Needed)
Your job is simple! Set the appointment and our experienced closers handle the sale for you.
We’re hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Appointment Setters. You’ll earn strong commission, monthly bonuses, and get paid bi-weekly.
No experience required, we provide full training.
What You’ll Do
- Talk with homeowners face to face (door to door)
- Set qualified appointments for our sales team
- Log leads in our mobile app
- Work a minimum of 33 hours per week (includes training)
Pay & Incentives
- Hourly Pay: $15/ Hour
- Commission: 3% per deal
- (Average: $1,500–$2,500 per deal)
- Monthly Bonuses: $250–$2,000 based on performance
- Additional Incentives: Team bonuses, rewards, company trip, and fast growth opportunities
