Summary/Objective

EnviroSmart dba ES-Integrated is offering a Part-Time Internship to support all operations and field related tasks in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. The Intern will support administrative, operational, field, and marketing functions while gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business. Duties may include invoice administration, data entry, field support, GPS installation assistance, social media coordination, and general marketing support. This role is ideal for someone adaptable, organized, and eager to learn how different departments work together.

Essential Functions

Administrative & Invoice Support

  • Assist with invoice processing, tracking, and organization.
  • Review invoice details for accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter invoice-related information into company systems.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records.

Data Entry & Documentation

  • Enter, update, and verify data in spreadsheets, databases, or internal software platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records related to customers, projects, equipment, jobs, or inventory.
  • Assist with scanning, filing, naming, and organizing documents.
  • Help prepare basic reports, summaries, and status updates.

Field & Operations Support

  • Must be at least 18 years or older and complete OSHA 10 training in company LMS successfully prior to field work.
  • Assist field teams with general operational tasks as assigned.
  • Help coordinate supplies, equipment, paperwork, or job-related materials.
  • Support vehicle, equipment, or site documentation.
  • Follow company safety procedures when assisting in field environments.
  • Communicate updates or issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
  • Assist with GPS device installation, setup, testing, and troubleshooting.

Social Media & Marketing Support

  • Assist with creating, scheduling, or organizing social media content.
  • Help gather photos, project updates, field highlights, or company news for marketing use.
  • Support basic marketing campaigns, newsletters, flyers, or promotional materials.
  • Monitor engagement, comments, or messages as directed.
  • Maintain brand consistency across social media and marketing materials.

Eligibility Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Current student or recent graduate preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and basic business software.
  • Ability to learn new systems and follow established processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to assist with both office-based and field-related tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and shift priorities as needed.
  • Dependable, professional, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data entry, administrative work, invoicing, or customer service.
  • Interest in operations, logistics, construction, field services, business administration, marketing, or technology.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
  • Basic comfort with mobile devices, GPS equipment, vehicle technology, or software platforms.
  • Ability to use company photos, write short captions, or create simple marketing content.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Work may be performed in an office, warehouse, vehicle yard, field location, or job site environment.
  • May occasionally need to lift or carry equipment, supplies, or documents (up to 50 lbs)
  • May be required to stand, walk, bend, or work around vehicles and equipment.
  • Must follow all company safety policies and supervisor instructions when working in the field.

Hours of Work

  • Typically 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Travel

  • Occasional travel may be necessary to sites

Supervisory Responsibility

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities
