Es Hora is a womenswear brand created to solve one of fashion’s most overlooked fit problems: the waist gap. We design elevated, curve-conscious pieces for women whose proportions are not served by traditional sizing. Our mission is to close the waist gap through better fit, smarter sizing, and beautiful design.
We are building more than a clothing brand. Es Hora is creating a new standard for how curvy women shop for pants, starting with our signature 24/7 Pant and our proprietary CurveCup™ sizing approach.
About the Role
We are looking for a Direct-to-Consumer Growth Manager to help drive sales, improve conversion, and support the day-to-day growth of Es Hora. This person will work closely with the founder to turn brand interest into purchases, strengthen the customer journey, and help build a strong foundation for scale.
This is an ideal role for someone who understands DTC brands, loves fashion, is highly organized, and knows how to connect ecommerce, marketing, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront
- Improve product pages, landing pages, and the overall customer journey
- Help increase website conversion and reduce cart abandonment
- Build and manage email and SMS campaigns and automated flows
- Track campaign performance and report on sales, traffic, and conversion insights
- Support promotional campaigns, launches, and limited-time offers
- Coordinate influencer outreach, discount codes, gifting, and performance tracking
- Help organize customer service communication related to sizing, fit, and orders
- Identify customer pain points and recommend improvements
- Support the founder with growth initiatives, campaign execution, and brand operations
- Keep weekly priorities moving across ecommerce, marketing, and sales
Qualifications
- Experience in ecommerce, DTC, fashion, or consumer brands
- Strong familiarity with Shopify
- Experiencew with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo is a plus
- Comfortable analyzing website performance, conversion, and sales trends
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Passion for women’s fashion, fit, and brand-building is a strong plus
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Meet with founder once/twice a week
- $28–$35 per hour, depending on experience
- This is an early-stage opportunity with strong potential for growth as Es Hora expands
