- Supervise hands-on training labs to ensure safe and effective skill development in areas such as air conditioning repair, refrigeration, plumbing, welding, and electrical work.
- Assess student progress through exams, practical demonstrations, and project evaluations; provide constructive feedback to support growth.
- Maintain a safe learning environment by enforcing OSHA standards and safety protocols during all instructional activities.

Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC/R systems - at least 3 years of verified full time work experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with familiarity in plumbing, welding, electrical systems, and maintenance practices.
- Prior classroom experience or adult education background preferred - NOT required
- Knowledge of industry safety standards such as OSHA regulations; commitment to fostering a safe training environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
