Position Overview:
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive census growth, strengthen referral relationships, and increase community presence. This is a hands-on role focused on building partnerships and supporting occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and outreach plan
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations
- Coordinate community outreach, events, and facility tours
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including website content, social media, and online reputation
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies to meet occupancy goals
- Collaborate with admissions and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with census objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in senior living, skilled nursing, or long-term care
- Strong understanding of healthcare referral networks and census development strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
