Eric has been an ASE Master Technician since 1978. As both a technician and shop owner, he's learned that experience alone isn't enough. The technicians who continue to learn are the ones who stay relevant, valuable, and busy.

This position is for you if you:

• Hold a current Michigan Mechanic Certification.

• Have at least five years of professional automotive repair experience.

• Can independently diagnose and repair today's domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.

• Take pride in fixing vehicles correctly the first time.

• Enjoy solving difficult problems and learning new technology.

• Work well as part of a professional team.

What you'll find at Ervine's:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• No nights

• No weekends

• Competitive hourly pay plus weekly and monthly team profit-sharing bonuses

You'll continue working on a steady mix of domestic, Asian, and European gasoline-powered vehicles while receiving hands-on training in hybrid and electric vehicle diagnostics and repair. Whether you're already experienced with hybrids and EVs or just getting started, we'll help you build the skills that will keep you valuable throughout your career.
