We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems in residential and commercial settings
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing projects
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs
- Conduct drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to ensure proper flow and prevent blockages
- Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and equipment to job sites in compliance with local driving laws
- Perform plumbing system inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other tradespeople on complex projects involving remodeling or new builds
- Adhere strictly to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work
- Assist with heavy lifting of materials and equipment on construction sites while maintaining safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for project documentation
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of residential and commercial systems
- Skilled in welding, pipe threading, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and mechanical knowledge
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and other relevant equipment
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to plumbing installations and repairs
- Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and follow detailed schematics
- Experience with drain cleaning techniques and the use of plumbing inspection cameras for diagnostics
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various environments
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physical tasks required on construction sites or remodeling projects
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and reading technical specifications
- Additional skills such as HVAC knowledge, handyman experience, carpentry skills or remodeling experience are a plus
