At Ervin Physical Therapy, you will have the time and clinical autonomy to help patients navigate these deeply personal challenges with compassion, dignity, and individualized care.

You will provide one-on-one pelvic floor Physical Therapy during 40-minute appointments, work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, and receive continued mentorship as you expand your clinical skills.

We are looking for an experienced Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist who wants to provide meaningful care while helping us continue growing our established pelvic health program in Morganfield, Kentucky.

Maintain a Sustainable Schedule

This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Flexible scheduling may be available based on patient and clinic needs.

What You Will Do

As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, you will:

  • Complete comprehensive Physical Therapy and pelvic health evaluations
  • Identify musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, mobility, strength, coordination, and functional limitations
  • Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient’s symptoms, goals, lifestyle, and functional needs
  • Provide one-on-one pelvic floor Physical Therapy during 40-minute appointments
  • Address pelvic floor strength, coordination, relaxation, mobility, and pain
  • Treat core weakness and pressure-management dysfunction
  • Incorporate therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, behavioral strategies, and patient education
  • Help patients return to exercise, work, parenting, relationships, self-care, and daily activities
  • Educate patients about bladder and bowel habits, positioning, body mechanics, pacing, and pressure management
  • Create clear home exercise programs that support continued progress between appointments
  • Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Communicate with physicians, healthcare providers, and referral partners when appropriate
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, support staff, and other members of the clinical team
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and clinical development
  • Support the continued growth of Ervin Physical Therapy’s pelvic health program
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, or clinical guidance as assigned

What We Are Looking For

  • Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Kentucky
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience
  • Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute Level 1 certification
  • Previous pelvic floor Physical Therapy experience
  • Strong Physical Therapy evaluation and clinical reasoning skills
  • Confidence discussing sensitive pelvic health concerns professionally and compassionately
  • Ability to develop individualized, function-based plans of care
  • Strong patient education and communication skills
  • Commitment to evidence-informed care and continued clinical development
  • Accurate documentation and strong organizational skills
  • Collaborative, dependable, and growth-minded approach
  • Interest in helping expand a growing pelvic health program
