- In partnership with the department manager, develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Maintains staff by interviewing, selection and hiring.
- Maintain in-depth working knowledge of the company’s systems and processes.
- Trains new and existing employees.
- Accomplishes department objectives by planning, assigning and directing work.
- Provide supervision and technical assistance to team members to attain departmental and organizational goals
- Coaches, counsels, and address employee performance and corrective action plans on a timely basis.
- Authoring and discussing with employee’s performance appraisals
- Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose.
- Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
- Demonstrated experience in team management, recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee development.
- Proven ability to collaborate with clients, staff, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Exceptional accuracy in managing invoices and supporting documentation.
- Highly reliable, demonstrating integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding interpersonal communication.
- Proficient in electronic billing systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Maintains a positive attitude in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrates confidence and sound judgment in making timely, independent decisions.
