- Perform routine, basic building maintenance
- Complete work orders for repairs such as fixing doors/handles, replacing hardware, and changing light bulbs
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify and report maintenance issues
- Clean and maintain lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and common areas throughout the shift
- Restock supplies (paper products, soap, liners) and flag low inventory to supervisor
- Respond to maintenance & cleaning requests in a timely manner
- Remove trash and recycling on a regular schedule
- Assist with room setup and breakdown for meetings or events as needed
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Prior janitorial or facilities experience preferred but not required
