They help manage project timelines, produce drafts using AutoCAD or other software, and provide timely information to the team.

- Create or modify telecommunications and permit drawings
- Design small extensions and small system redesigns, in accordance with customer design specifications
- Produce high-quality drafts using AutoCAD or other specified software for mapping data and design
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that drafting and design work aligns with overall project goals
- Provide necessary information to the team on a timely basis, including strand maps, drafted design maps, and BOM's or digital files
- Maintain high production levels to meet & exceed client expectations
- Learn new software and adapt to new technology as needed
- Meet project deadlines and successfully complete tasks under tight timelines
- Other duties as assigned
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or up to two years of Telecom Outside Plant (OSP) Design/Engineering Experience is required
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred
- Coursework or internship experience in design and drafting is preferred
- Routinely: Work alone in remote locations, use keyboard and mouse
- Occasionally: Operate vehicle, climb stairs, stand, walk
