Position Overview
We are looking for a videographer who is also willing to work hands-on in the field. This is a unique hybrid role where you will help capture, edit and post content (video/photo) while also participating in day-to-day service jobs.
This role is ideal for someone creative, hardworking, and looking to grow into a leadership role while helping build a brand.
Compensation & Benefits

Schedule & Availability
- 40-50 hours per week (hours may vary)
- Rotating Saturdays are required
Responsibilities
- Capture video and photo content of jobs, team members, and projects
- Edit, organize and post content for social media
- Assist with residential and commercial service tasks (moving, hauling, etc.)
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain high-quality work standards
- Document job sites and highlight services for marketing
- Work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience with videography or content creation
- Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor
- Ability to lift 100 lbs
- Comfortable working in different environments (indoor/outdoor)
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Valid driver’s license required
