What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Workday Financial ERP Business Analysts - Hybrid position at ERPA?
Required:
- 7 years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 3 years supporting ERP Finance or ERP implementations
- Hands-on experience with Workday and/or PeopleSoft, including process analysis and requirements mapping
- Deep knowledge of Financial functional areas including Budget, Pay to Procurement, AR, Billing, Projects / Grants, Assets Management, and GL
- Proven ability to gather, translate, and communicate complex business requirements to both technical and executive audiences
- Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and migration validation
- Strong executive presence with the ability to present confidently to C-suite and senior government leadership
- Experience developing BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases
- Familiarity with RACI frameworks and RAID log contributions from a BA perspective
- Experience with SDLC, Agile, and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Demonstrated experience leading implementation readiness activities and delivering high-quality business analysis artifacts within established project timelines.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft to Workday migrations
- Background in public sector or government technology environments
