Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to gather and document functional requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization using SAP S/4 HANA capabilities.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and system configurations.
- Support testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
- Assist in change management, training, and post-implementation support.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, and WM.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and system performance.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP environments, preferably SAP S/4 HANA.
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics.
- Experience in gathering requirements, writing functional specs, and supporting SAP implementations.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, reporting tools, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX for the full duration of the contract.
- Must be able to work and travel without restriction.
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, or life sciences.
- Exposure to SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, or SAP GTS.
- Prior experience in short-term, high-impact consulting engagements.
