We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Responsibilities
- Lead the product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy.
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to create comprehensive product specifications.
- Experience with ChatBots, IVR, Telephony, CRM or Salesforce application
- Experience with Health Care Industry is preferred
- Utilize Agile methodologies, including SAFe and Waterfall frameworks, to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes using tools such as Balsamiq to visualize product features and functionality.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure products meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by coordinating with development teams on technologies such as Java, SQL, APIs, and IT infrastructure.
- Utilize project management software like Jira and TFS to track progress and facilitate communication among team members.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback using analytics tools like Looker to inform product enhancements.
- Foster strong relationships with B2B sales teams to align product offerings with market demands.
- Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal stakeholders and executive reviews.
Experience
- Proven experience in product management or related fields, with a strong understanding of software development processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including experience with VersionOne or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from databases and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and presentation of ideas.
- Experience in leading teams through the product development process while maintaining focus on user needs and business goals.
