Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Duties
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
- 3 years experience supporting projects involving testing needs, test strategies aligned to business needs, test plans/designs, test scenarios, test case preparation, test execution, defect management and defect analysis
- Act as validation and quality assurance professional across the different stages of the Testing lifecycle
- Develop, design and deploy test scripts and cases of complex modules, help set up the test environment and contribute to the requirements documentation and test design for different phases of testing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Work closely with project management teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Utilize Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Skills
- Knowledge of using JIRA Software or equivalent for Test Case Management
- Knowledge of Test Automation, Selenium would be a plus
- Knowledge of Quality processes
- Knowledge and experience using reporting software tools
- Certifications and licenses are also given consideration
