This position is site-based and accountable for maintenance strategy, planning, and execution, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. The Maintenance Manager establishes maintenance processes, develops personnel, and ensures all work is executed to standard with a focus on reliability and performance.

This role operates within ERock’s management model, partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and corporate functional teams to support long-term asset performance and operational success.

  • Monitoring equipment performance, identifying failure trends, and driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring all maintenance work is properly documented within the CMMS, including work orders, history, and asset data.
  • Coordinating planned outages, forced outages, and routine maintenance activities, ensuring availability of parts, tooling, and resources.
  • Promoting and enforcing a strong safety culture, including adherence to PPE, LOTO, and environmental requirements.
