Duties
- Design personalized lesson plans tailored to each student’s skill level, goals, and learning style
- Teach guitar techniques, music theory, and performance skills through engaging instruction
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, discipline, and self-expression
- Track student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
Requirements
- Experience in teaching guitar or other musical instruments
- Experience working with children, teens, or adult learners in a one-on-one or group setting
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and developmental stages
- Excellent communication skills and patience to work effectively with students of varying ages and skill levels
