What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instrument Assembler position at Ernie Ball Inc?
Entry Level Instrument Setup prep
Schedule:
Full time shift 7:00-5:30pm Monday-Thursday
Duties include but are not limited to:
Visually inspecting guitar parts and finishes with high attention to detail and accuracy
Prepare guitar components for final assembly processes using hand tools and small power tools
Assemble parts to guitar bodies and necks
Handle painted parts and components with great care
Communicate effectively with other team members
Requirements:
Applicants must be able to multitask and handle a fast paced work environment
Ability to work with small hand tools as well as with large machinery
Ability to carry out given goals and directives in a timely manner
Ability to see and recognize small details clearly in order to identify defects
Able to follow all rules and guidelines in the workplace ( Safety, etc )
Manufacturing and/or production experience is a plus
