Responsibilities
- Operate saws, including handheld and stationary equipment, to cut wood and other materials accurately according to project specifications
- Measure and mark materials using calipers, rulers, and other hand tools to ensure precise cuts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Utilize forklifts and warehouse experience to transport raw materials and finished products safely within the facility
- Inspect finished pieces for quality, ensuring proper dimensions and smooth finishes before packaging or assembly
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing, machining, or woodworking environments
- Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and machinery safely and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail when using calipers, measuring tapes, or other precision tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
