At South Texas Rehabilitation Hospital, our hospital has been ranked in the Top 10% nationally for rehabilitative care for 15 years and has earned The Joint Commission’s Stroke Certification and Hip Fracture Certification. At our 40-bed hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients, serving Cameron County.
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in HR Management role preferred.
- OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Strong project management, time management, and leadership skills

Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the facility’s human resource’s function. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
