Qualifications
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
- Prior Service Desk Support/Asset Management experience required.
- Windows Laptop or Desktop support experience required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Active Directory/Microsoft Entra accounts and Intune preferred.
- Service Desk or Help Desk Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities
The IT Equipment Coordinator and Desktop Support Analyst is a key contributor to the seamless function of the organization's IT infrastructure, with responsibilities spanning IT asset management, procurement, and advanced desktop support. This role oversees the comprehensive lifecycle of IT assets utilizing strategic procurement, efficient deployment, detailed inventory management and secure asset disposal. As a vital component of the IT Endpoint Support team, the specialist will proactively address and resolve escalated Tier 2 technical incidents, focusing on in-depth troubleshooting, image maintenance, and system optimization. The specialist will work closely with hospital leadership, including plant operations, administrative staff, and external partners. This position serves as a critical liaison between the core service desk team and the IT Infrastructure team ensuring effective communication and resolution of complex technical issues.
