Director of Compliance - Registered Nurse
Utah Valley Specialty Hospital in Provo, Utah is a long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) providing advanced medical and rehabilitative services for patients with complex, critical health needs.

Position Summary:
The Director of Compliance is the individual with primary responsibility for providing clinical leadership for the following areas of hospital operations: Infection Prevention/Control, Medical Staff Services, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, and Quality Management/Improvement. Uses clinical expertise and significant independent discretion and judgment to help manage and supervise the hospital’s operations in all of the aforementioned areas. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Current, valid, and active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment is required.
- Minimum four years clinical experience preferred
- Two years in clinical compliance role preferred
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
- Knowledge of and resource for Federal, State and the Joint Commission standards and hospital specific rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
- Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
