Senior Architect / Project Lead - Client-Focused Design

The ideal candidate will be someone who combines strong technical expertise with commercial awareness, capable of building client relationships while delivering creative, compliant, and high-quality architectural designs.

THE ROLE:
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting business development and expanding key accounts.
* Lead architectural projects from design development through construction documentation and administration.
* Develop creative design solutions while ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and technical requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, contributing to proposals, presentations, and project delivery.
THE PERSON:
* Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in Architecture with 10 years of design experience.
* Registered Architect (RA required) with strong knowledge of architectural design and project delivery.
* Proficient in AutoCAD with exposure to Revit and other BIM tools.
* Strong communication, organisational, and client-facing skills with the ability to lead projects and develop business opportunities.
